In a business that’s stiff with competition, what’s the secret of Celtic Cars’ success?
“I think it’s easy for many businesses to lose sight of who the customer is, and this is something that we at Celtic Cars work hard not to do,” said David. “No job is too big or too small for us and each receives the same amount of care and attention. Also, we aren’t afraid to make investments into our property, facilities and staff to ensure our customers do not need to go anywhere else.
“We pride ourselves in helping the local community by using local suppliers whenever possible. We hold specialised days such as the highly successful Ladies Day and offer free winter checks for our customers – with more of these planned for the future.
“Celtic Cars also sponsors Prestatyn Celtic football team and supports various other local charities.”
With 20 years in the trade there’s no doubt that Celtic Cars not only know what they’re doing but they do it well.
David said “My son Nick Joined Celtic Cars last year, making us a family team and we are all looking forward to many more years in business. We are second generation now and it feels great!”
